Please allow 1-3 business days for the processing & packing of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information.
Please note that International orders can take anywhere from 7-15 days. We ask that you are patient, especially with covid-related and weather delays. We are a small business and appreciate your patience!
Our packaging is carefully sourced to have minimal impact on our planet. We use kraft mailer envelopes and boxes that are 100% recyclable, and we try to avoid individually wrapped products wherever we can (except for some items like bamboo that wrinkle easily). We do not use poly mailers or attach unnecessary hang tags that contribute to unnecessary waste in the world of retail.
Our wish is for you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you find you are not satisfied with your items, we can accept your return within 30 days of delivery if the item is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed and with tags intact.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees. To start a return, email email@example.com with your order number, return item, and reason for return.
Gift Cards and sale items cannot be returned.
