Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing & packing of your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking information.

Please note that International orders can take anywhere from 7-15 days. We ask that you are patient, especially with covid-related and weather delays. We are a small business and appreciate your patience!

Our packaging is carefully sourced to have minimal impact on our planet. We use kraft mailer envelopes and boxes that are 100% recyclable, and we try to avoid individually wrapped products wherever we can (except for some items like bamboo that wrinkle easily). We do not use poly mailers or attach unnecessary hang tags that contribute to unnecessary waste in the world of retail. 

Our wish is for you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you find you are not satisfied with your items, we can accept your return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@minimalistbb.com with your order number, return item, and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees. To start a return, email returns@minimalistbb.com with your order number, return item, and reason for return. 

EXCEPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
